We are Lyle and Valerie MacPherson. We have both been interested in and studying health and fitness for more that 25 years. We believe in a total and complete approach to health and fitness. We believe in eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, taking the best nutritional supplements, and drinking 8 glasses of water daily to mention just a few of our daily habits. We believe in a holistic and proactive approach to maintaining our good health.

As such, this site is dedicated to providing health and fitness tips for men and women over the age of 50 that is based on the most current and reliable information available today. We offer the latest research into nutritional supplements, vitamins, herbs and other health remedies. We provide tips on eating healthy foods as well as sound advice on how to work out effectively and safely.
